Reign At Qvb - Sydney (NSW)

Even though the restaurant had a sharp and clean atmosphere, exuding a fancy vibe, we decided to leave after waiting 40 minutes just for a drink. While others around us were being served, we felt as though we were being overlooked. The menu was excessively thick, resembling a book, and the prices were quite high. Ultimately, we made the decision to walk out. The choice is yours.

The menu offered a variety of options, but I was disappointed when I ordered a $28 tortellini dish and only received five small tortellini. Despite the delicious flavor of the dish, the portion size was so small that I left the restaurant still feeling hungry. It's a shame because the food was good, but the stingy portion size would prevent me from returning.

The cheese platter was beautifully presented, and we enjoyed the Mumm Champagne at this restaurant. However, the waiter seemed disorganized and unaware of our reservation. We were initially seated at a table, then moved, and had a menu dumped in front of us. It took 10 minutes to receive water, and another 10 minutes to place our order, despite there being only one other table seated at 10am. Our drinks were not brought to our table, so we had to go to the bar to inquire. One of the drinks we ordered was still missing. Despite these issues, the venue itself was beautiful.

Great ambience, amazing service and great choice and variety of champagne and wine !! Certainly a place to visit again for long luncheons and brunch!

Food is ok, but you can tell the restaurant is very under staff. Understand COVID situation, but they were just too busy.
