With a limited choice, this is the place where we eat on Sunday night. I ordered the $25 steak. what I got was immediately kartoffel with cold gravur, steak, which was well done (I ordered medium) and some cold tomato and mushrooms. in all honesty, it tasted very like hospital food. while my friends said that their meals were nice, the workers tried to overload one of them, and when we were politely on the difference in price, they tried to calculate even more. next time I will either skip dinner or go to maccas
Good lunch, but busy. this place offers a great value sandwich / glass of vino or bier combo lunch for $9.90 it can be a bit later in the week but worth a visit. sandwiches are quite delicious. I tried the chicken carving and the salami options.
Practical café/restaurant next to the concert hall. next to the concert hall is this café/restaurant with friendly staff. eating is fresh, although the decor is not. I ordered a Thai beef salad and my colleagues a chicken caesar salad. while not well presented, both meals were plentiful in size and tasty. coffee was reasonable. the busy businessman adapts to looking for a hiding place or a pre-concrete eating.
Cosy little cafe with good meals. It can be crowded on concert days and booking is recommended, even then you can expect to be squashed in but it’s all worthwhile.
