You usually have to wait 45 minutes for Bonchon chicken to be served to you due to the time it takes to cook Bonchon but at this place, I was surprised to
The only thing I can think of that distinguishes this outlet to the original is probably the small take out options.
Came back to Arisun as a group of four, and we really enjoyed the experience. We ordered half soy fried chicken/ half cheese sprinkle chicken (both with bones); since the one without bones only come with full size. After tasting the soy flavour, I understand why it is one of Arisun best dish. Crunchy skin coated with flavourful soy sauce, the meat inside cooked just right. However, the cheese sprinkle is a little bit too sweet for me. Thankfully, there are pickles and kimchi as side dishes. Seafood fried rice is nice, but it would be nicer if the rice is dry rather than moist. Feel like they are being transferred straight from the rice cooker to the frying pan. The hot pot, with marinated beef, mushroom, and potato noodles, is just comforting. If you're up for a spicier soup, there are plenty of choices. The staffs are attentive but you need to really call out during their busy hours.
The fried chicken, I think, was dry inside. The flavor was only on the coating, but not the chicken meat. And they use breast a lot, where is the hardest part for marinating. The black sauce noodles, was very ordinary, nothing special. Service was ok, always busy.
