The prawn and pork wonton dumplings served with handmade noodles in a spicy Shanghainese sauce were excellent. However, if you are new to spicy food or don't eat chili, be sure to communicate your spice tolerance, as my brother found it too hot. I ordered the handmade noodles with slow-cooked beef brisket and diced fresh chili for myself, and I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, the staff informed us that the spinach handmade noodles with seafood and vegetables were sold out, so we had to settle for the regular handmade noodles. My mom thought they were okay, but perhaps she was just looking forward to the green noodles. The Singapore noodles with satay peanut sauce were not a hit with my aunt, but she enjoyed the sauce and was curious about how it was made. Both the shredded lamb roti and the Peking duck roti were really good, and I enjoyed them, though they arrived quite late. My cousin loved the roti with cheese and mushrooms. Overall, each meal was satisfying given the price. We even took the lamb roti home. The staff appeared somewhat displeased, but they were still polite and accommodating.
Chefs Gallery is well-known for its authentic Chinese flavors presented with an elegant touch. The spinach noodles with seafood and the three-egg fried rice are always standout dishes for me. They may be simple, but they are hearty meals that are definitely worth trying!
Located in Little Saigon Plaza, Chef's Gallery does not disappoint when it comes to the quality of the food, however waiting time is a bit long and the food can get quite pricey with 2 dishes adding up to around $36! Would recommend the peking duck roti it is a nice twist from the typical peking duck with pancake and their dry noodles are also worth trying :
Do not recall the names of the dishes but i gota say, i was impressed. Ordered a crispy fish fillet and pork belly with citrus salad $30~ and a chicken dish $20~ . Both were really good. The restaurants decor was modern and sophisticated. Wait staff were very attentive. Good location but not a place you can frequent, as you can tell by the price. Totally recommend to try the place out.
