Georges Café - Sydney

The staff here really need to work on their customer service. A smile on your face would really go a long way. Coffee is good, food is average.

Pretty functional cafe in an open area knocking out coffees and a variety of food. Ham slices on my muffin is not a good sign but that said, it was enjoyable and the eggs were poached well. My delightful breakfast companion had corn fritters which were very tasty. A little hint of chilli, loaded with corn and fried perfected. A very good fritter mix for sure. Coffee was solid so overall, despite not much atmosphere in the space, the meal was good. Service was a little slow due to staffing with the second round of coffee not making it to the barista.

Horrible service and mediocre food. Bacon and egg roll tasted old (the egg was cold), they have gotten my order wrong in more than one occasion(dunno why I go back-convenience?), and they have the rudest staff. I once ordered avocado on toast, the guy asked if I wanted butter with n I said no, 5 min later I just get two hard pieces of toast with nothing on it. I go back n told them they forgot my avocado and the guy had the nerve to say to me in a rude manner, 'I asked you and you said no!' .. To which I replied 'butter and avocado are two different things man'... He ended rolling his eyes.. Asking for two more dollars and the proceeded to put the skinniest piece of avocado on my toast.. So disappointed and proves once again how **** service in Sydney is. This is place just makes it worse. Decided to go to Chrysler around the corner. Best decision ever.

Healthy breakfast! It's rare to see a cafe selling egg white omelettes in Sydney and this place does! I ordered toasted egg white omelette wrap and a piccolo, egg white omelette wrap was made with nice and thick sliced mushrooms and spinach with fried egg whites - it was lite and tasty, perfect breakfast if you are on diet! The piccolo was okay - they use Gabriel coffee beans and I wasn't impressed. It tasted a little bitter and I had a better coffee else where. goodtasteguide.blogspot.com

Servizio terribile e cibo mediocre. Pancetta e uovo raramente assaggiato il vecchio (l'uovo era freddo), sono caduti male in più di un'occasione (non dunno, perché torno?), E hanno il personale più rumoroso. Una volta ho ordinato Avocado su toast, il ragazzo ha chiesto se volevo burro con n, con n, ho detto di no, 5 minuti dopo, ho solo due pane tostato duro con niente. Torno indietro, n detto che hai dimenticato il mio avocado, e il ragazzo aveva i nervi per dirmi maleducato, "ti ho chiesto e tu hai detto!" .., a cui ho risposto, "Burro e Avocado sono due cose diverse che hai visto per rotolare gli occhi .. chiesto due dollari più avanti e andò a mettere il sottile pezzo di avocado sul mio pane tostato. Così deludente e dimostra di essere Come il servizio di schifo a Sydney è di nuovo. È peggio. Deciso per Chrysler dietro l'angolo. La migliore decisione di tutti i tempi.
