Hemmesphere - Sydney

I absolutely love the ambience in this place. The lounges, the service, the cocktails it's just such a great place to take a date or just somewhere to chill out and start your night.<br/ It's not cheap but you do get what you pay for here. Tonight we started with a couple of glasses of veuve clicquot and moved onto a couple of cocktails I went with a rusty nail they use a single malt which I think makes a difference.<br/

Fabulous dining here. Food is always consistent, service is good. Highly recommend visiting for couples, friends or business. The feel of the restaurant is cozy

I love hemmesphere for its service, ambience and food. Where else in Sydney are you seated with a cocktail and food menu in such surroundings? It makes me hate every other regular bar. You don't need to line up for drinks and are treated respectfully the minute you walk through the door. The food is yum! It's not our first time here but this time we ordered the salt and pepper cuttlefish, spicy tuna rolls (dynamite), soft shell crab rolls and salmon rolls (Atlantic) and they were all spot on. You can tell the fish was fresh and the presentation was great. Only thing with hemmesphere is that it could get very pricey! Cocktails are very unique and taste great every time but come with a 20+ price tag. Don't come here on a budget

Really delicious sushi. I tired the soft shell crab and the spicy tuna sushi. It's pretty hot if you can't handle spice I wouldn't recommend it. Soft shell crab was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Service was a little slow this evening.

A great place for upmarket drinks but don't go here on an empty stomach. Whiskeys and cocktails are hemmesphere's game and I wouldn't consider the food to be anything more than a side snack. There are a range of small plates available ranging from dumplings to sliders. A little bit of everything for everyone.
