My experience here was very pleasant, all the food tasted great and the service was great

We went to the pub during happy hour, but unfortunately, the drinks we ordered did not qualify for the happy hour discount. Despite confirming with the staff multiple times, only one of our drinks was eligible for the discount. The employees were not forthcoming about this and also allowed us to exceed our tab limit without notifying us. Overall, I will not be returning to this place for drinks in the future.

We had reserved a table for 5 people on the terrace for lunch for our office Christmas party. However, upon arrival, we were informed that our table had been given to other guests who had booked a table inside. When offered a table inside, which we found to be dark and dingy, we decided to leave. The staff apologized profusely, admitting that they knowingly gave away our table and it was not a mistake. I felt embarrassed in front of my colleagues as we ended up having to get sandwiches from a nearby food stall for our Christmas dinner. I will not be booking at this restaurant again. It seems that the only worthwhile aspect of this establishment is the outdoor terrace, but even that does not guarantee a reservation despite booking in advance.

The drinks were well made and the chips were really good. The general manager, Waleid, seemed a bit annoyed when he wrote his number down after I placed my drink order on my phone. It felt like a waste of time and we ended up missing the happy hour special even though the website said it ended at 7. Waleid explained that the system cuts off the special at 6:55. We had arrived at the bar and started ordering at 6:50. We also had trouble with the pool table eating our coins because it needed to be fed a certain way to work properly, otherwise it would cost more than the advertised $3 per game and we wouldn't be able to get a refund. Despite these issues, we would still come back for the relaxed atmosphere and good drinks.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the special for the day was very good. the decoration looks like it is somewhat imperfect, but like lighting and furniture around the bar above all. the chicken carving was a bit overcooked, but the chips were great. also a good feedback to the ms maples burger am tisch. would come back in the week as well as convenient to our office.
