I ordered Tres Leches cake with 1 weeks notice. I expected the cake to be freshly made. On returning home then cutting into the cake several hours later to my surprise the cake was frozen. I contacted Paula shop and was told that all cakes are frozen. If cakes are frozen then it needs to be communicated to your customers, this was not told to me. I've purchased Tres leches many times over the years and it was never sold to me frozen. I was offered a refund provided I bring the cake back. Hardly appropriate as I live in the north, 40km away from the shop. Today is a special occasion and we had no cake. Disappointed at the lack of accountability and rudeness shown to me as a customer spending well in excess of $70.
Customer service needs to improve, although my chacarero was delicious I can't say the same about their cakes, a bit small and lack of flavour, one more thing, the toilet was very dirty
I can remember so many happy times I had here with my beautiful boyfriend and my first time that I went with my boyfriend I spilled my drink on me and he asked for the key in his native language Spanish and I'm lucky I had a change of clothes I went to the toilet to change there and I had so many gd memories with him and his family there as well so many happy memories
