Raza Central Food Truck - Sydney

I have been going to Mulhouse every summer since I was two and I have never been to this restaurant.

I ordered the Burrito bowl, it's ok, a little dry, but at least it's filling out to eat. the scab sauce is a nice note and decent amount of meat in there. I was impressed by the tamale, it reminded me only of Asian sticky rice with the black in the middle, but this version has kartoffel pieces in it and it is a softer and less sticky, I really enjoyed this! I wouldn't hesitate to buy more of it next time!

If you are not happy enough to eat Salvadoran food from this food truck, you miss! the way to the dish is pupusas. incredibly amazing! also the yucca with roast pork and deceit are delicious. if available, they also have tacos and churros, but never tried. my favorite food truck in sydney!
