I experienced a taste of authentic culture that was both delicious and impressive. The food exceeded all my expectations in terms of portion size, price, and service. I would definitely revisit and recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for something unique and different from the usual fare.

We had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. The menu features a selection of Mediterranean options with a touch of fine dining flair, including Greek, Moroccan, Spanish, and Lebanese dishes. The burrata with beetroot was outstanding, and the mixed seafood plate for two was a great deal at $45. We even saved room for dessert- the baklava with rosewater fairy floss was so delicious that we practically licked the plate clean. The restaurant has recently opened, and the two brothers who own it were there to warmly welcome guests and are clearly dedicated to ensuring its success. This new spot is a wonderful addition to the dining scene in Brighton Le-Sands and offers the best food on the strip. Whether you're looking for a perfect date night spot, a place to gather with friends, or a family-friendly restaurant, we will definitely be returning!

My visit to Republiq was fantastic. We started with a light meal to save room for dessert. The mezze plate was vibrant, authentic, and delicious. The burek was also amazing, but the real star was the dessert platter. It was unlike anything I've had since my trip to Istanbul. Everything was incredible. I also loved the fish tank in the restaurant.

The most amazing food and so beautifully decked out. Lovely looking out over Botany Bay, with the young dudes puffing away on the Shisha. Definitely going back for another dose of Middle Easter/Mediterranean deliciousness!
