Pedi no delivery outro dia e falaram que foi deliver , sendo que não foi. Devolveram meu dinheiro just no outro dia, depois de inúmeras mensagens ! Think it was um problem no delivery , pois acontece. I was na açaiteria hoje 25/09 , fiz o order e em meia hora as pessoas que estavam lá foram atendidas, exceto eu. Ao questionar , não acharam o meu order (que foi feito e deliver na mão do functioncionário , não enoughsse isso , a functionária jogou o papel com pouco case e arrogância, falando para eu realizar o order novamente, sai de lá sem meu açaí e com raiva. Enfim, a qualidade do produto é inquestionável, mas o péssimo atendimento faz a gente não want pisar lá novamente ! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other

Hallo my name is gavin I have come to this for perhaps 20 years I love her eating, trying everything and recommending to them many friends I recently ordered my dishes as 1/4 rice and as meat, etc., all due to bad diabetes. this has never been received, though I declare and telephone consultation control with chef, I always declare I don't worry about what they charge, but as tonight I still can't get it always 2/3 rice and little flesh as hard is it,I will make photos of it and cook or show manager wanting to her company will start my once in the week60-100 ordering, it's just silly. if you want or need more money for order, you will not take it any problem, but deliver what I would like to thank. gavin

I have always loved the food here.... but my last three meals I have ordered the quality and quantity has changed.. the veggies don't taste fresh, you get less meat and it's tough, and to top it all off you pay more.... Which I don't mind doing if the quality of food stays the same.

Below average food, full of cheap fillers and the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. There are HEAPS of better options for Chinese in the area. The speed of their service is beyond a joke.

I have ordered from you since you had that tiny shoe box kitchen with 2 tables and chairs next door to your new bigger place now. I used to get the same meal every 2nd weekend for years, Covid hit and I still supported you even while you were getting hit at your hardest. I have always had the same phone number and have always lived around in your 10km radius, because I was such a regular you use to deliver too me in less than 30mins, if I happen to drop in on my way home, place my order your Cooks would always say hi to me, as they new me from my menu order as it was not on your menu and still isn't today, my order was always over $50. When Covid started to ease after the first year, I was told by your place that wait time would take 3hrs or longer or sorry we are to busy tonight at a 7pm phone call, or you bring it to me the next day....? I understand you may of been busy but you should of kept in mind how regular I have always been to you. So I stopped ordering for 2 years due to your behaviour to a regular. I order last night it took 1.5hrs to get to me, it was nice, you left out all the veg in the duck order, you gave me chicken and pork rolls that I could not eat due to the amount of raw thick batter on them. The food it just basic no flavour. Good bye. Steamed Boneless Duck with Onion Mushroom only in Black Pepper Sauce, Serving of Spring Rolls, Serving of Steamed Dim Sims, tub of Sweet Sour Sauce, large Special Fried Rice, bag of Prawn Chips, 1.25lt bottle of soft drink. Order never changed. Time to find a new place.
