The Bavarian Miranda - Sydney

Service was slow and non existent and staff needed to be called over to tables so people could order their drinks and food after waiting patiently for service to begin. There was not many people in the restaurant. Once you were seated the waitresses seemed to disappear. Drinks sat on bar for quiet a time and i needed to ask waitress once i flagged one down to bring them over after 10mins. She then walked away and again after another 10 mins needed to flag her down again to take food order. It just seemed like no one was operating at full speed. It wasn't just our table it was many around us. Not a good night i had planned for my daughter and nieces that were excited to eat there and then to the movies after dinner. Food in gold class was better.

We had a great dinner. Good food and service. Staff excellent

The night was ok, service was fast initially, but it was extremely loud to the point where I couldn't hear myself think, and the lighting was REALLY dim (I had to get my phone light out to read the menu). Food was great as always then it took us a long time to find someone to pay the bill to leave.

When our table of 6 first arrived for our 1pm booking, it took over 15 minutes for a drinks order to be taken. Once the menus were taken, almost immediately another waitress asked if we had been served. Having dined here several times, this seems to always be the case... tables seated and no orders taken and as soon as the menus are gone, THEN we seem to get service. Food was good, but sparse for the money with sides being quite expensive. Beer offerings are plentiful. Very expensive for a Coke.

Chose because G/F options. Chose G/F rated meal. Started to eat and realised not G/F although clearly stated G/F. Manager said oh we can make it G/F. No you can make me very unwell. So meals rated G/F aren't. Very deceptive and wrong.
