Absolutely recommend the soft bowl crumb, crusty melt in mouth mantou and a delectable spicy sauce. what is not to love? the redi canai, nasi lemak and other offers are all well done, but pale in meaning in comparison to the crab experience.
Yangs. definitiw the best food truck in sydney. what I guess explains her prestigious award last year. Don't think I've surpassed everything I didn't like, even though I'm sure I had some favorites. by far the top place goes to the soft bowling crab. just amazing. this is a safer winner and a public lover each time. the slider and laksas are also quite brilliant and always served with a friendly smile.
Long as it waits, but good ground. soft bowl singaporean chili crab large, but combined with this deep fried mantou bea makes it the shiznit.
I feel that the food truck revolution has really crashed a notch after I tried yang's food truck. as luck we would have got it, we stumbled on Friday night in the pit street mall in the sydney cbd about yangs. as they can see below, there were already a few people who tried for their offers. we ordered and paid at the counter, packed our food and drove to the westfield foodcourt to get a table to eat.
Tried yang's mamee fried chicken 8) and soft shell crab 9). Both were very crisp and crunchy. Soft shell crab had a chilli/tomato sauce that reminded me of Singapore chilli crab. However they forgot the mamee noodles on our chicken, and a tad pricey as a snack but that's kind of expected from a food truck
