Best sushi ever! This is the only sushi restaurant I really visit, and I've been coming here since high school. Now that I’m almost 30, I've introduced many friends and family members to this place, all of whom have been impressed by the quality and service. They get your order right 99% of the time, even when it's busy or if you're as picky as I am about not wanting veggies in my sushi. The service is incredibly efficient and consistently good. My favorite rolls are the Lover Roll, the Maryland Roll (without avocado), the Charlie Roll (without avocado and fish roe), the Tuna Roll, and many more, but those are definitely my top picks.

I've been coming to this spot for about 10 years and it has never let me down. The sushi is without a doubt the best that I have ever had. The ingredients are always very fresh and the sheer amount of options on their menu is staggering. The service is always fast and pleasant and the interior has only improved over the years too. I live 45 minutes away now, but happily make the trip for this restaurant every few weeks and have zero regrets every time.

We have been going here since 2008. Every time is delicious and fresh. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Easy online ordering for take out. Our favorite specialty is Geisha Smile.

My absolute favorite restaurant in Maryland. Whenever I 'm in town to visit my folks, I always go here at least once (and sometimes more! . The menu is incredibly varied so that there 's something for everyone 's tastes. Even my sister who doesn 't like sushi will eat here with me, because there 's something for everyone. I can honestly say I have never had a single bad meal at J&Y in my many years of patronizing the restaurant. As an added bonus, not only does it have the best sushi menu around, but the prices are basically unbeatable! I do wish they would keep the seating areas a little bit cleaner though.

Kantana is better. The slices of sushi are thin. Food is decent but just not what I would expect.
