Jack's - Sylacauga

I arrived with three additional guests, we ordered four milkshakes 2 regular. 2 small, we spent about 15 minutes. Not generally my experience from all of the other Jacks that I have visited. They were not short-staffed .

Went in to get an ice cream to go, the crew was making fun of a gentleman who was ordering at the speaker behind his back. Said it where we could clearly hear what was being said but they weren’t saying it to him through the speaker. All because he was trying to modify the food he wanted. And he requested something fresh. They then proceeded to belittle him behind his back, and said “ well that’s not gonna happen”. The whole crew was participating in the degrading except for one young girl working the front counter. So if you order here just know they’re probably making a laughing stock out of you. Just because they didn’t want to do what their job ask of them. 2/18/24 “night crew”

First time coming here myself and I really enjoyed the livelyness of the staff. I had the breakfast burrito with sausage my partner had the egg sausage on Texas toast. We both enjoyed our meals. I look forward to coming again to try other items on the menu.

JACKS IN SYLACAUGA ALABAMA HAVE THE WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD. NOW THEY SUPPOSE TO HAVE A NEW CREW,BUT MS. VANCLICA OR HOWEVER YOU SPELL HER NAME IS STILL THERE AND RUDE AS EVER. I'M GOING TO KEEP POSTONG AND CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE EVERY DAY UNTIL THEY DO SOMETHING ABOUT HER.

Jacks actually has some of the best biscuits here lately... Superb..
