Contribuisci feedbackI would prefer not to see so many staff members on their phones whenever I try to ask for assistance. Every time you walk in, it feels like you need to know exactly what you want and where to find it, as none of the employees seem available to help.
What can you say to make them truly listen? The employees could be friendlier and better trained in different areas of the store, so they don't have to respond with "Sorry, that's not my department" or "I'm not sure where to find that." It's frustrating to leave empty-handed when I later find what I need in the store, but in the wrong place. Additionally, it would be great if they took better care of their flower garden. I often want to purchase plants for my home from their flower shop, but many of the plants are either dying, wilted from lack of water, or have dry soil.
Pros: This place had everything I needed for my new home. Cons: However, be prepared to pay two separate sales taxes, which have both increased. Customer service is around 3.5, and the atmosphere is also a 3.5. The variety of items and merchandise in stock is impressive, earning a rating of over 4.0.
They need to work on customer service, this Nancy Patreiwanicki lady is so rude and always make my time shopping there awful. We have fully switched to Publix now.
Black staff are openly racist towards white customers. Coming in today, an employee greeted us by the door with I have just the costume for you. and then proceeded to put on a ghost face mask. I hate moon crickets.
