Normally I don 't do chain restaurant reviews, but I 'm on an every new place I go to kick for my reviews, and I had not gone to this particular location so... Okay.. let 's get into it. We went straight to the empty bar. About 5 minutes later, Kacie (name on receipt) who was clearly on her Bluetooth with someone and very distracted greeted us. She dismissively took our drink order without even an attempt to upsell. She would remain rude, inattentive, and unhelpful our entire time there. In fact, once when I tried to talk with her, she walked away from me when I was in the middle of a sentence. Service 0/5. I wish the food was redeemable to her demeanor, but it wasn 't. For dinner I ordered the Lobster Shrimp lover’s dream. Not only did it arrive exceptionally late (35+ minutes) in a mildly full restaurant, but it was also cold, flavorless and with a rubber tasting texture. It had been clearly overcooked and a total waste of 2 lobster tails. I had no choice but to send it back. Per usual, the cheddar biscuits were ace. Food 1/5. The atmosphere was quiet but typical. Nothing stood out. 3/5. I cannot for any good reason ever return to this restaurant.
Had a long wait time for my take out order. The food portion was small and I felt it was not worth the price based on the food
They were kind and courteous but they seemed to be short handed on help...!Dietary restrictions: They cater to your taste and give you options to choose from...!
You guys can get the other 4 stars back when you do better! I just ordered rapid curbside order, and it was underwhelming. I ordered the fried flounder sandwich, and it did not come with tartar sauce on the bun and the other fixings. I also ordered the herb crusted salmon...some trash. There were barely herbs on it and it looked like it was barely broiled. The last thing I ordered was the chocolate wave...i didn 't receive the ice cream that 's supposed to come with it. The curbside experience is definitely NOT consistent with the dine in experience. And the customer service was the worst, I received a text from Red Lobster saying to text here when I have arrived and I did, and waited 20 minutes and no came out to bring my food. I had to call to see if someone would bring it out, and even in calling I was placed on hold for them to figure out the hold up. What a waste of money. I was probably better going somewhere else where customer service and food quality are most consistent.
