Contribuisci feedbackWorst el Pollo Loco location I was there before. Manager has no meaning. Order thru drive thru, asked for my meal a certain way. The manager says Cashiers that they only ignore special requests. Just say, man pushes it through. Make her own rules as if it weren't a company restaurant... she'll probably retire at this place!
I approached the cashier and requested to speak with the manager. After about ten minutes, she finally arrived, having been busy in the kitchen. She made me wait while she "fixed" the drink machine and told me the cherry Coke was out of order but assured me that the other drinks should be fine. Unfortunately, they still tasted off. I asked for a refund for the drink, but the cashier insisted that I try the soda from the drive-thru. It tasted the same. After spending twenty minutes dealing with this issue, I left feeling disappointed. One of my favorite things about this place was the cherry Coke, which used to taste great. At this point, I probably won't be returning anytime soon.
I went there for a quick bite and waited in line, but when I finally reached the counter to order, the staff member unexpectedly told me it was cash only with exact change or credit/debit card. I barely had time to grab some lunch, and now this person has ruined my day by saying this. I was there just five days ago, and no one mentioned this restriction then.
I bought a chicken tostada and was about to start eating when I noticed a dead fly inside my food. I got my money back and all they said was sorry. So disappointed in their food!
The chicken was good, but we order on line they gave us the pick-up time and we waited 30 additional minutes, they provide more for hub eaters and the tip of supplies...tooo bad.
