Mcdonald's - Sylmar

I have had better experiences at this restaurant in the past. The fries we ordered tasted old and like they had been reheated under a heat lamp. The fries are the highlight of McDonald's and that's undeniable! Even though we specifically asked for no pickles and onions, they were still included in our order. It's frustrating to make special requests and have them ignored. It seems like they don't really care about getting the order right. It's a bit amusing, but also disappointing.

The female staff at this establishment seem to lack intelligence, consistently misreading receipts, making mistakes with orders, and taking a long time to serve. Less chatting and more efficiency, ladies! I would only recommend eating here as a last resort.

The cashier was very polite to my father and helped him get fresh coffee. I was impressed by their bilingual skills! The young man who packed our food was very friendly and made sure everything was in our bag properly. Additionally, he was very hygienic.

The employees there are very kind to not to mention, i had my three little girls with me my i add im a male and they had to use the restroom and one of the employees assistanted me with them i loved it

Just another place where people don?t take pride In their work. Got 3 cheese burgers some fries and chicken nuggets for my kids. There was no pickles on any of the burgers and an excessive amount of onions. The Fries we?re basically raw and had no salt atall. The nuggets were cold but crispy.
