The Habit Burger Grill - Sylmar

I have visited this restaurant a few times, and while most of my orders were correct, I once received raw chicken. I decided to throw it away and not return. A few weeks later, I ordered ahi tuna, which was supposed to be cooked medium, but instead I received a completely raw and red fish. When I complained, they said that this is how it is typically cooked and could not make a new one because I needed to go to work. Unfortunately, I also could not get a refund because I had already thrown away the receipt. It seems like they may need a new cook.

Absolutely terrible attention to detail. I went to two different locations and ordered a double burger with 2 extra patties, but they never added the extra patties. What the heck! I was so disappointed!

On January 30th, I used an app to schedule a 6pm curbside pickup at the restaurant. I provided details about my car's color, make, and appearance when placing the order. My party arrived a few minutes before 6 and waited in the car. Unfortunately, at 6:11, I received a message that the food was ready and being brought out. After waiting until 6:27, I noticed a staff member delivering food to the car parked next to us. When I inquired about our order, the employee was unaware of it but promised to check. She returned with our order, which had never been delivered to us. The food was cold and soggy by this point. To make matters worse, we were not offered a refund or given the option to have the food reheated. Additionally, the prices at this restaurant are higher than other burger joints, so I had expected a higher level of service. Overall, I was disappointed with both the quality of the food and the curbside pickup experience.

I like to order in kiosk. the command was never wrong and everything I tried was good. 4 stars because the add ons- and mushrooms they calculate $2 for- are small and they only give 2 thin slices a little hard with the dressing in salates. this location is clean. I heard they asked for vaccination and ID for din-in customers.

The best burger restaurant in sylmar. Great price for a gourmet burger. The easiest way to order online and fast service. Very helpful and friendly staff. I truly recommend this place if you want to enjoy a great burger. Thank you The Habit for being in Sylmar, CA.
