The restaurant is located in the best hotel on Sylt called Benen Diken Hof. I stayed in the hotel many times. I visited The restaurant with a number of friends visit a special tasting menu. The popular wine for the evening was made from Austria as part of a wine tasting combined event and the wine was perfectly paired with the food. For the birthday of my wife I had chosen a special restaurant. my choice fell on the chat in hotel Benedikenhof.The hotel is certainly a fine address. the ambiente of the restaurant has raised level, and the selected table was suitable for the occasion.Only the kitchen performance was not appropriate, just average.The calculation of the wein was 2x each and with a wein even a false wine variety, must not actually happen in a house of this class. the corrected bill was 15€ lower.

We were at the benediktenhof for the first time. we were received by a young lady at the entrance, with strict view of the clock, although the restaurant was occupied only at four tables. we had no reservation, but then got a table assigned, the drink question and the subsequent ordering of our diners was still smooth.
