Mcdonald's - Sylvania

Issues across the board. The only thing consistent about this location is bad service and old, cold, hastily prepared slop. My biggest gripe is the rude unapologetic staff who act like at any request you are inconveniencing them. There is not an ounce of care that goes into the food they prepare. 9 times out of ten I have to walk my food back into the restaurant. Do yourself a favor and keep driving.

They know they’re handing out the wrong food, they do it on purpose. It is a game that they play at this location… or they just can’t comprehend the task at hand…

Literally messed up my whole order. I asked for no cheese on the burger and I got cheese. The nuggets were fried hard and they did not give me my other 2 fries. Everything is on the receipt. It’s like they don’t care nor do they check to make sure everything is in the bag, should’ve just went to Chic fil

Fat old lady cashier was VERY rude on the mic, and when paying for the food. I did nothing wrong and she even called me the n word. She should not work there. I'm not even black!!!

App Google say they’re open until 1am. I placed an online order at 11:54pm, get there at 12:02 and wait 15 minutes. Pull around and I am told that they closed at midnight. It would be nice if they updated their hours. I wasted 25 minutes of my life and received no food.
