Biblins Tea Garden - Symonds Yat

This restaurant features a lovely garden perfect for enjoying a cup of tea and delicious cake. The sandwiches are also excellent. It’s ideally located as a halfway stop when traveling to and from Symonds Yat, right by the ferry.

I had a delicious carrot and orange cake paired with excellent coffee. The stunning scenery made it even more enjoyable to relax and take in the views.

This is a charming little campsite. Unfortunately, it was quite busy during our stay, which meant we ended up quite far from the main facilities—about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. The trek to the facilities was exhausting, but I understand there wasn’t much the campsite could do about it. We enjoyed a lovely campfire, but unfortunately, it attracted some bugs, as the site had a minor insect issue. Overall, the trip was quite enjoyable, although it might not be worthy of a glowing review from me!

Incredible location! Right next to some amazing walks, and the river is so close, falling asleep to the sound of running water is great. We even ran into 5 deer in the night when going to the toilet! Really nice warm welcome from the warden too! Only note for improvement would be that it would've been nice to be able to recycle our food waste on site.

What an incredible location! Not the easiest place to find, but once you come in off the main road and find your way to the top of the campsite. It’s just a little drive down the dirt road to the campsite and river front. There for an event for work, the water was clear and fresh! One of the most picture perfect locations I’ve visited. Lots to see and do, highly recommended!
