Phoebe's Coffee Lounge - Syracuse

Ordered short rib stroganoff. Pasta was overcooked and mushy. Lots of mushrooms . Once I picked them out there was very little meat. No flavor

I visited this restaurant before a performance at the Syracuse Stage and the food was excellent. I ordered the shrimp sausage with truffle grits and it was superb! My girlfriend had the salmon, which was cooked perfectly. The crème brûlée dessert was also spot on.

Always such a treat to go to Phoebe’s when we visit Syracuse. We started coming years ago when our oldest was active in the SU acting program. It’s the perfect spot near the Syracuse Stage. We were thrilled to know this treasure so we could return with our youngest son. We were grateful they could accommodate a big enough table for all his close college pals. The food was incredible and a special place to gather. Thank you to all who made it a perfect night.

The service at this restaurant is always outstanding and the food is delicious! The ambiance of the place is also very charming.

Our dining experience at Phoebe's was fantastic! We were seated near a window, surrounded by cozy plants, which added to the ambiance of the restaurant. The bread and seasoned butter were amazing, and the fried tofu was cooked perfectly. The dessert options were plentiful and decadent. We will definitely be returning to Phoebe's in the future!
