I have never given a restaurant a bad review, but this blew my mind.Before my turn, a customer gave the cashier cash which was counted.I ordered 4 classic sandwiche meals and chicken pieces. The cashier started picking the chicken pieces with the same gloves used to count the money. I thought to myself that 's ok, he 's not touching the food. Then this kid goes to the back and starts toasting the bread for the sandwiches with the same gloves, then proceeds to complete the sandwich with the same gloves. I noticed the manager watching him without a word. I waited for the sandwhices to be brought to the counter, then I asked for a refund. The manager asked why angrily, I replied disgustingly, hygiene . If you care about your health, be careful.
My mother I have been to this Popeyes twice in the past month. Despite being extremely busy dealing with a long line that included a ride customer, the employees were efficient courteous. I was very impressed with how well they held things together during a stressful dinner rush. The chicken tenders were very good!Kid-friendliness: The 3piece chicken tender meal is big enough for 2 small kids to split however there are kids meals included on the menu.Parking: The easiest way to enter the drive line is by turning into Popeyes from the street behind it, away from Erie Boulevard. There is parking spots along the side facing Advance Auto Zone.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance
It doesn’t matter what time you order, this location always disappoints. I know it’s busy but id rather wait long and actually have what I ordered. How do you give someone a combo without the side or drink? Just chicken. At that point could have just canceled my delivery.
I will never go to this place again. I do Door Dash and for real just waited 45 minutes for a 3 item order and lost a fare in the process. Staff was poorly untrained,sloppy and slow. You could not move slower without standing still. I will no longer be doing Door Dash from that location either.
