Contribuisci feedbackWhen we placed a pick-up order, we had to wait for almost an hour to receive our food. The staff seemed very understaffed, which is not characteristic of this establishment. Sonic needs to do a better job of ensuring adequate staffing levels. I understand that there is a shortage of workers, but waiting an hour for a mobile pick-up order is unacceptable. Our dining experience was extremely disappointing. We will not be returning to Sonic.
Waited 20 minutes for my order, which was incorrect. I ordered a cheeseburger child meal, but received chicken instead. When I returned the sandwich, the staff member didn't seem surprised. They replaced it with another sandwich and asked me to verify that it was a cheeseburger. I would recommend this place for drinks only, not for food.
This is the most beautiful place I have ever seen, but it was a disappointment. The management is terrible, the floors were sticky and unclean. When we tried to complain, the staff just ignored us. I would not recommend eating at this place. I have never seen such poor conditions and service. We waited 12 minutes in the car for our order, only to have a part of it forgotten. I can't believe this place passes health inspections or is even allowed to be open. I wish I could give them negative stars, they don't even deserve one in my opinion.
Here is open? I wouldn't know. press on a menu board and press the button. coworkers come out from the inside, supplies food to a car on the bordstein only to the left. the guy must see me. I see movement inside. a girl goes out, obviously it did when I think. I'll wait. red light flashes. a few minutes later no answer. press the button again. no answer yet. bye bye sonic. no wonder it's a ghost town. Maybe they don't serve anymore? ? fortunately other decisions close to
Stopped for a quick bite and figured out what I wanted to order and pushed the button. Immediately I was told, please go thru the drive thru instead, I am on break'.. So okay, I get it, could've been a little nicer about it but its fine, I went through the drive thru. Next, the lady at the window says my card isn't working, which I've never had a problem.. her voice sounded like the same on the voice-over button.. And I think she just didn't want to serve my food on her break, because my card worked at the McDonalds right next door at a nearby gas station.. Funny?
