The staff makes their own rules and tells walk-in customers that they only accept mobile orders. Then when the line ebbs slightly, they change their story to “we’ll take your order but you may have a 30 minute wait”. How about Starbucks staffs the store properly during busy times??? What a concept.
No knock to the coffee and food as we all know it’s quality. However, as an architecture student it is clear that this location is over capacity both space wise and employee wise. You have 4-5 employees serving an endless wave of customers, both in and out of the store via mobile orders. The result result is 30+ minute waits for anything besides a hot coffee. Definitely In need of reconfiguring as it’s not worth the wait, especially if you get a parking ticket trying to drive by and pick up quickly.
I have to hand it over to the lady. it was an absolute irrhaus this morning, but they kept their cool and were on second, even with some impatient customers who remained pleasant and professional, on orders. please give them all bonuses. also my almond milk expresso dried.
I recently had to bring a friend to Crouse hospital. The security guard would not let me wait in the waiting room. I was unsure where to go so I headed to Starbucks for a drink. After about an hour, Ciara came to check on me. I thought she was about to ask me to leave because I was there so long after finishing my coffee. Instead, she offered me a drink on her and wanted to check in on me to make sure I was okay. Thank you Ciara for going above and beyond
This was the first Starbucks i ever went to a decade ago. Then it became my go to place for assignments, meets up , project planning. Too many memories here.
