The Preserve At 405 - Syracuse

Really cute restaurant. The wings were GREAT! Fries were really good. Cherry/Cheddar burger was spicy but good. Blue burger was good, nothing special but good. Blueberry lemonade was yummy, a little sweet tho.

I visited the Preserve during a trip to Syracuse for a convention, and it came highly recommended by locals. Our group of nine enjoyed an excellent meal, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return on our next visit.

The food was absolutely amazing, even as takeout! I live 20 minutes away, and the food was still piping hot when I got home! The seafood scampi is simply divine! My only suggestion would be to clean the scallops by removing the muscle, but other than that, the pasta was perfect! I also had a lobster roll, which was packed with whole claw pieces of lobster! I highly recommend it—10/10!

My friend and I were cycling along the Canal trail for the first time and wanted to stop at Preserve at 405 for some drinks and food. However, we couldn't find a safe place to lock our bikes, so we decided to continue on our ride. After our long journey, we returned to the restaurant and were treated to fantastic food and excellent service. The ambiance was lovely, adorned with beautiful artwork, and the waitstaff was friendly. We definitely plan to return. One suggestion I have is to install bike racks for secure parking. It’s a perfect location along the Canal Trail, and having a safe spot for bikes could attract more customers from the trail.

The best fried dough on the planet , if he sold this in the store I would buy it everyday !! Doug is phenomenal and personable! Great guy everyone should support great local businesses.
