Boston Pizza - Taber

Went the first 10 minutes in the lounge without seeing any type of staff. Took waitress 15 minutes to come out of the back to even check on us. She was very unengaging and took forever to do anything. Food took 30 minutes to come out. And we were the ONLY people in the entire establishment. And our orders weren't even complicated. A pizza, bandera pizza bread and fish tacos, shouldn't take half an hour to make. Especially being the only customers in the lounge or dining area. I went half my meal without a single water refill or offer to be re filled. So I had to drink my boyfriend's beer to wash down my dry, cold, bandera bread. And his beer tasted like a dirty sock. Was absolutely disgusting. Friend's pizza looked like it was assembled based on a kindergartener's drawing. Hardly any toppings. Looked unappetizing and not like the picture. We only got checked on twice during our entire stay. Worst service I've ever had here and I usually have great service and food. Disappointed. Won't rush back any time soon.

Our waitress was very attentive and had a natural anility for dealing with customers. We ordered off the feature menu and the pizza and tacos were delicious. Disappointed the Belgian blonde has been taken off draught, but strogbow on tap and sangria's were good enough for us. Didn't see the manager smelling of cigarettes or wearing jeans that people speak of maybe he no longer works there. Who knows.

We went for supper with some friends and the restaurant wasn't very busy. I don't know if our server was pre-occupied with other things or just didn't care about our service. She took our orders when we got there but then we didn't see her after she dropped off the food until we were done eating. She forgot our cutlery and we had to ask another server because we couldn't find ours. We got no drink refills, and she showed up to drop off the bills then vanished again, so we ended at the front counter to pay. The food was typical Boston pizza food. But I will never go back to the Taber location.

After watching the manager run food out to ALOT of tables I was very sad he came to ours! Cigarettes gross and your attire was sloppy ! We did not see our server again after she took our order until she brought the bill.!

Went for supper the other night. Service was good and the meal was also very good.Will be back again.
