She promptly took our drink orders—coffee, tea, and water—and by the time she returned with our beverages, we had already decided on our meals. Monica efficiently prepared our lunch while also attending to customers in the "Mercantile" and serving two gentlemen in the restaurant. Her dedication was impressive. The food was excellent—well-cooked burgers and grilled cheese sandwiches that hit the spot. Monica took a moment to chat with us, sharing some local insights, which added to our experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal in this clean and simple cafe, where the food and service were top-notch.
Had a great breakfast today at the Hanna Hilton cafe. The price was more than resonable and the service was good. I like a cafe that knows how to keep your cup of coffee full and waiters with a good local story to tell. Love that they have a merchantile, bar and cafe in one location. This was our second time to the cafe and it is well worth the drive up the beautiful Wolf Creek canyon.
Honestly I did not eat here but the cafe, store and bar are cool. I walked through all three and everyone was very nice. The food looked amazing.
Farm raised beef burgers were the best! They also have a bar and store with ice cream and to go items!!
