CK Cafe - TABULAM

Visited for a "break" in the round trip from Brisbane to visit the historical wooden bridge at Tabulam. Small detour from the highway. Family enjoyed the meals (one GF). I enjoyed pumpkin soup but it was nothing special. Admit I was anticipating a real "country" hearty soup. I thought the serving was "small" by country standards. The staff were friendly and attentive. WiFi was available but no FaceBook page to promote the cafe. Disappointed that no toilet facilities onsite (available at public park 150m).

Everyone is extremely friendly, and you can tell that a huge amount of effort and care goes into their food. I have driven from Murwillumbah to here for a burger and will do it again.Excellent food and a place where you can relax and enjoy eating it.Real country hospitality, you will not go hungry here!Thanks Kylie, Jerry

Friendly, enthusiastic staff, lovely atmosphere and great food! It can be difficult to find vegetarian options while travelling but I was certainly not left disappointed.
