Contribuisci feedbackJust today new employee starts cleaning instead of putting a top lid on my finished drink and handing it to me first. Now I have a cup and lid with cleaning detergent on it. Hand the drink first then clean after, simple. Literally had me waiting, watching her clean.
Our experience could best be described as business as usual with excellent service and the publicly accessible areas were all kept clean and serviceable. We would recommend that other families take advantage of this vintage experience with premium. Ice cream!!
Please make this make sense. I asked for a 2 scoop sundae with nutty coconut and pistachio almond... my friend got 2 scoops of mint chocolate chip. With toppings included on the sundae it barely even reached the top of the cup. The girl helping us had a completely bad attitude seemed bothered when I told her my order. She said something under her breath to her coworker as she was putting my toppings and glared at me afterwards. I come here often and this was the first time i've experienced this. Usually she's super nice but to have ordered the same amount of scoops and paying more for toppings and it looks like this?! smh.
The eating area was clean, and the outside was clean as well. Employees were friendly, quick to help, and more than one employee helped with my order to make it quicker. I also put in a cake order, in which they called to ask me about my flavors, since one flavor went away, and they wanted to let me know and to choose a new one.
I have loved B&R since childhood and have many fond memories. But not only has your quality and service seriously dropped in recent years but now I know why! Not only do you hire grown adults and then pay them and give them hours like they're highschool students you also micro manage their scoop sizes. I wonder how many paying patrons are aware they write up and fire for not being able to make a 4 ounce scoop like like an actual scoop! If I pay you for a scoop of ice cream and your training your cashiers to charge for that scoop but scoop only half a scoop that's not only false advertising but it's ripping your customers off! Franchise or NOT I wonder if B&R corporate is aware of how bad you make them look?! I will NOT be buying from.B&R ever again and I will make sure all our neighbors know you guys give half scoops as well and fire employees with no notice after they walked to work for something as small as not being as good of a rip off artist as you want them to be! Word of mouth advertising is everything and my neighbors will know about the owners unethical business practices. Good luck with that! I hope your bankrupt by next year.
