Contribuisci feedbackIn the last 2 months I have explored the opposite of tacoma and bar bistro is the jewel I have been looking for. they can drive an hour to enjoy an amazing experience there, they will not be disappointed. the mood and look in the place are completely unexpected for this place and they will love it! eating looked nice on the tellers and was delicious! eric, the owner, and nathan, the cook, have made an amazing job with their menu. everything tastes great! special mention for the lavender cream broth, it is to die for!
Bar bistro is a jewel! beautiful scratch cocktails and a menu to die! I love their choice always on their charcuterie, but we finally tried to get the deep fried braut and omg we missed! I had the pot roast that was so tender and full of taste! the rainbow carrots were boiled to perfection and the kartoffels of the maish were divine! my faust tried the pork with polnta and greens and was also so good!
The service was excellent and the food was even better. I had the 8oz filet minion and my fiancé had the seafood paeha. The filet was amazing! They really have an interesting menu that rotates. We finished off with the lavender crème broullet and it was so good. The price was a bit high for 4 drinks, an appetizer, 2 entrees, and a dessert, but well worth it. Highly recommend this place.
Me and a girlfriend went here for an early dinner and drink. We order these cute drinks. A little too sweet for my taste, but still good. The food was great. The fried frie was on point. I also got the pork belly which I loved. I am giving it a 4 star review because the location of this place was surprising. The vibe is relaxed, but also trendy. Parking was great though.
The atmosphere was great. Friendly service and clean establishment. The crab cake was salty. Ribeyes was chewy. Edit: I left out the desert the beignets were to die for!
