Cooper's - Tacoma

A really wonderful Southwest Vegan Burger. The best I’ve had at a restaurant.

Not many vegan options, but the ones they have are tasty!

My friend and I stumbled upon Coopers while searching on Google, and we were pleasantly surprised by this place. The interior was genuinely clean, the food ingredients were fresh (not overly greasy like other places with similar menus), and the service was a perfect 10/10. I just wish I could remember our server's name—she was incredibly sweet and simply the best! While the vegan options were quite limited, everything else we tried was fantastic!

My boyfriend and I discovered Cooper's on Google by chance, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise.
