E9 Firehouse Gastropub - Tacoma

I always have an excellent dining experience at E9. Fire Pasta never fails to impress. Our server, Heather, was amazing and truly enhanced our wonderful night out!

We had a big group of around 25 people, and the restaurant staff was very accommodating and efficient with their service. Even though they seemed a bit overwhelmed, they managed everything with smiles. I made sure to tell our waitress that she was doing an excellent job.

I just finished having dinner there with my wife, mother-in-law, and son. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the firehouse decor was really impressive. The food was outstanding, especially the jelly—it was absolutely delicious! The service was excellent, and the prices were quite reasonable.

I had told myself to make sure I take a picture of our food. I had every intention to, but when that burger came out it all went out the window. No joke that meal was bomb AF. Have not had a burger that good in quite awhile. The salad was extremely fresh and had a pretty appetizing presentation. Had to sub a salad for the taters to make myself feel good about demolishing that burger. It’s not really expensive and the food quality I feel is clearly above the price. Don’t second guess on this one. Just go for it.

Really great building. The service was OK but slow. We ordered chicken marsalla and it was a bit bland. I didn't really taste any marsala in the sauce. The salt and vinegar wings were very good but not worth 17.99 for 10 wings in my opinion.
