Mcdonald's - Tacoma

Went inside to eat almost every table was nasty there was fries on the floor even though when you walk in there's a wet floor sign and a mop leaning against sign floor was not clean bunch of people went on break at same time and we sat for 20 mins waiting for our food my mother had to go and ask them then they finally brought it out cant believe they make 17 an hour and can't even clean the tables and floor Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Mcchicken, Big Mac

Food was good but service took forever on the lobby. I did not like that they discouraged ordering up front. There was no menu posted Ed at all except at the self serve kiosks. Felt very impersonal and unwelcoming inside the restaurant. But again the food was good. I got chicken nuggets and a custom order mcdouble. They didn't mess it up and it was delicious. Gives me sparkling water when I ordered sprite and the tables are dirty as hell, the floor was wet with unknown substance and don't get started with the food.

L ordered the Big Mac Bundle. on my way home I was looking for the Fries. There wasn't any. l was almost home and I turned around and went back. Went back through the line and the cashier told me to go to the front of the store and they would bring my fries. After waiting for 10 minutes I called them and she said they would be out in 5 minutes. Did not even check on me,the customer. Went through line again. I said I would like large fries since I've been waiting so long I'm afraid I was a little testy with the new cashier. She said I didn't need to be so rude. There are a couple other instances when I didn't get everything I ordered. Will not go back ever!!!!
