The food is always good, service is always beautiful, and the place, despite the locations outside the ambience, hunting for homeless drug addicts that seem to cough you for cash or cigarettes, is very clean inside. The server always seems to be able to ignite a conversation and feel a feeling relaxed, I was made to feel hurried even when the place is busy, it is never loud with conversation, but the volume is more murmur then other places where it seems that it was one or two males that do not shout out or manage a child volume to the right level of what I think the most call inner voice.
Had a great lunch. They had just opened because the power had been out, you could see they were scrambling but each person we dealt with was very nice. Because of power out they didn't have what I actually wanted, but what I did get was good. Fresh and flavorful. Of course it is our go to place for yummy pie!
Ordered the classic Benedict and got a child serving of hash brown.as well as the sauce was such a small amount I had to ask for another side of holiday sauce. Other than that the service was excellent and host was awesome. The cook needs to not be stingy.
Service was a 5, they made a fresh pot decaf coffee for me and came back refilling my cup constantly. But my husband's biscuits and gravy left a lot to he desired. That is his favorite breakfast wherever we go but he couldn't finish it here because it wasn't very good. I had the cinnamon roll French toast but I have had better elsewhere. Will go back and try something else because Service so good.
Good: Had most things that other stores were out of. Bad: motorized scooter provided for disabled people was great in store, but they won't allow you to take them out of the store to take your groceries to the car. This means someone that is mobility impaired has to transfer all their groceries from the motorized cart after checking out, to a regular push cart, to take them to their car. I understand that it is probably for theft reasons, but is totally unacceptable for a mobility impaired person. May as well not even provide them. I won't be going back there unless I have someone to help me, which is rare.
