Subway - Tacoma

We went in for their fresh baked hot cookies, and they were excellent

This Subway location is great I called them an hour and a half before close and asked if they had a dozen cookies baked. The employee said no but proceeded to offer to turn the oven on and make some fresh ones if I wanted to come get a dozen. The cookies were amazing and the employees go above and beyond.

I am incredibly pleased with this location. It was clean and not too busy, which was great since I have four young children, three of whom have special needs. Alexis, the employee, was exceptionally kind and patient. She handled the situation with grace as my little ones were running around and helped each child as if they were her own younger siblings. Thank you, Alexis, and thank you to Subway for hiring such a wonderful, customer-friendly person.

The restaurant is clean and conveniently located. The food is served quickly and is reasonably priced. I’m likely to make this my go-to spot for lunch every day.
