This reservation-only restaurant is amazing! Chef//owner/host Tibbitts is so sweet and service was great. Food was over the top delicious and amply portioned, taking advantage of vertical apace. Even though reservations are necessary, they are not pretentious in any way. My only regret is I won't be in the area often. My fellow foodies, you must come here.
Honestly some of the best food I've ever had in my life and the cook was real personable took every table back and showed how he cooked it and what he cooked it on it was truly amazing five stars
Wow, the food here is phenomenal! You would be hard-pressed to find a better restaurant in Tacoma. Fresh, local food artistically prepared by a very talented chef. And the menu is always changing! The staff is very helpful and friendly. And the owner works very hard to run a zero-waste restaurant. Reservations are required, and it is worth planning ahead just to eat here.
This PLACE IS A 10 out 10. My first time this morning and it was more then I expected. First being native American myself I appreciated the owner and Chef Tibbitts Doing it for our people and his community his restaurnt is a beautiful place which made me proud. Now let's get on the food The lobster bomb was fresh light and the star of the show really shined freshest lobster and lots of it while the dish had many ingredients that all enhanced the dish. The lobster made a star showing front of the dish and was beautifully executed. The chef was kind warm and made you feel like his home home was yours. I was a first time customer and stumbled beyond a gem. I will be repeating everything was fresh and beautiful and everything was excellent ! It really stamped on my spirit this place.
