He ordered a drink and left to use the bathroom during half time and the table was cleared. He had a full drink, to the rim on the table. He came back, explained to the waitress that he left his FULL drink there and no apologies or compensation. We understand an honest mistake; but to use the bathroom real quick and left a FULL drink on the table.. horrible customer service.
Already from the jump they looked at me like I didn't belong. Being a Filipino American I would think I had a right to watch the NBA game there but obviously not. They didn't know how to make half the drinks on their Menu and went to the bathroom during half time and had my table cleared out with a full drink still on the table. The racist bartender didn't credit me my full drink that they removed and literally looked at my directions and waited for me to leave so they could seat another white party. Racist AF. No tip. Not going there ever again!!
Good beer and I'm a fan of the Rheinhaus but the food at Wally's was fairly mediocre. The Sconie Burger in particular was the equivalent of a gas station burger. The beer cheese was good though.
We stopped in here the other night just before 5:00. You seat yourself, and there was plenty of seating at this time, however 30 minutes or so later it started getting busy. Once seated, you order from your table using the QR code. It's kind of handy, because you can just keep ordering things as you want them to come. Drinks, appetizers, food, etc. I thought everything tasted good. I absolutely loved my beat salad! I'd love to be able to order that by itself. I added it on to my brat for $3. My daughter really loved her grilled cheese sandwich and pretzel. They were both really yummy. My partner wasn't super thrilled with his burger. He said it was just okay. My veg brat was fine. It's hard to mess that one up, but it's nice to be able to go out to eat and order it. I loved the sauerkraut on top. The atmosphere is laid back, there is plenty of space, so you don't feel crowded, there are a few games to play (pinball, etc. and a lot of TVs if you are into sports.
First time in, and love the concept. Wally's on one side and Rhein House in the other, ability to order food and drinks from either menu. Excellent beer selection from PBR to a great Hefe. Enjoyed the chicken cordon blue sandwich with salad on the side and some cheese curds. The salad was excellent with just enough dressing but not soaked in it. The Granny Smith apples and cranberries add just the right hint of sweet and tart. Excellent!
