Your answer was? Oh, God? Then she came out and took the plate rudely and scrubbed the chicken on the new plate and stormed off. My pad Thai was soupy and terrible it tasted like spaghettios I didn't finish it and made it so bad could?t believe I had to pay $40 for it
I was here as I had never been, even though I had been nearby in any other business, and was pleasantly surprised! Quickly pull out, huge portions and very polite staff. I was also very happy to find an absolutely fantastic seaweed salad, it was so much for the price! Tasty and so well done, I'm definitely back.
My husband and I were just there and expected good food. We used to be here and never had any complaints. But this time the food was not good. When our waitress gave the soup, it was cold and tasteful old, I ordered Terriyaki chicken and it was the worst sauce. The taste was not good, the sauce was thick as bbq sauce but tasted like pork and beans. The only thing I ate was her kichi, salad and gyoza. I'm not coming back soon.
Stop here for dinner because it was convenient. We were very pleasantly surprised! We had the basics, chicken and pig Teriyaki and my wife had chickens Yakisoba. I, although prices could be a little high, but my wife and I needed to go containers and had the left overs for lunch the following day! That was a good value. Besides, both dishes were better than most other restaurants. The service was fast, the staff was friendly and there was a very steady stream of to-go events that together with the almost capacity dining room, tells you there is something good. Recommended!
We ordered take away. I had Garlic Chicken and Vegetables (no spice), and Stephen had Chicken Pad Thai (2-star). Mine was okay the chicken was fried and that made it a little dry. Stephen's had little chicken and was more sweet than spicy. I will give them another chance, but not my favorite Asian food in Tacoma. See my reviews for Happy Teriyaki #7, Viet Kitchen and Vien Dong.
