Restaurant La Bolée - Tadoussac

Après avoir mangé "chez Mathilde " une nourriture roborative, je ne comprends pas que "la bolée" ne soit pas n°1.Grande qualité dans l'assiette. Très belle présentation. Le top à Tadoussac

Des entrées au dessert, tout était absolument délicieux. Mention spéciale à l'entrée de Saint Jacques et à la plie du Labrador. Excellent accueil et service plutôt rapide. Une adresse incontournable à Tadoussac!

The decoration is nice (we were on the enclosed terrace which was kind of cool) but the food was a little disappointing. Starting with the cocktails (kir and an americano)- skip, skip, skip! Not delicious after a day of hiking (and that is hard to do!) The baked Brie was a nice idea but the cheese was not strong enough to stand up to the balsamic reduction. And it was small (like 4 bites). The baked seafood dish was too salty and did not need the cheese on top; otherwise the sauce was nice and so were the potatoes. And the meat was also very good. Btw one of the highlights was the butter in the bread basket (but not the bread, oddly, given that they also run a boulangerie.) Service seemed stressed; no explanation of the menu, recommendations, etc.

Abbiamo cenato due sere consecutivamente e il giudizio che è emerso e quello di un locale che vorrebbe essere, ma non è! La prima sera i piatti non sono stati da ricordare, tuttavia gradevoli. La sera successiva invece si è rivelata una cena scadente: coquille s.jacques costruite con un impasto simil surimi e l'hommard (aragosta) il contenuto gommoso della chela piccola il tutto inzuppato in una crema lentissima di frutti di mare, tanto che ho chiesto un cucchiaio. Il personale ha l'assillo delle mance e spesso è rigido. Se non ordini altri piatti ti arriva la fattura senza che tu lo chieda, come invito a sloggiare. Il proprietario,un personaggio che gira di tavolo in tavolo con un macinapepe.Il menù che si apre con il suggerimento della mancia di almeno il 15%. Mi sono rotto di avere conti maggiorati poi del 18% di tasse e del 15% almeno di mancia. 33% mi sembra un furto: in USA e in Canada i proprietari dovrebbero pagare il giusto le maestranze non creargli un sistema assistenziale foraggiato dai clienti. Anzichè aver lasciato 9 dollari come suggerito ho ritenuto che 5 fossero già un lusso...ebbene ho avuto la ricevuta lancio senza un saluto

Eten was correct klaargemaakt. Alle gerechten kregen dezelfde garnituur mee. Restaurant zelf was donker, erg warm en bediening verliep wat chaotisch.
