The venue is good and the waiters is always there to help overall it's nice place.

I tried to call the globe number on their website last June 18, 2022 but kept on ringing, no one answered. I wanted to book for accomodation as I am on a business travel. This morning I booked a reservation on their website, did not received a call or confirmation email, thought their just busy as it is a weekend. Upon arrival, no one was at the front desk. I approached the personnel in their resto and a trainee assisted me. However, she don't have the full details yet, so I have to wait for more than 20mins only to find out that no one is managing the website. And they don't have other rooms good for 1 person, room available at 1,800 (breakfast not included). Good thing I was able to find another hotel with reasonable price 1,200, breakfast is included.

The service was bad, the food is pretty off. The nachos are not mexican at all. The fruit shakes does not taste like fruit shake at all. It tasted like milk with little fruit in it. Not coming back again. Ever.

Availed of their coworking space which was Php 50/hr. There are no barriers or cubicles for voice work, but it was a bit okay. Tends to get noisy when there are a lot of people who have online meetings. They are quite responsive on messenger. Good and affordable food as well. Has a parking space in front.

The room itself is big and cozy, but there was a problem with the water lines when we visited. The toilet did have its own water and the faucet would not turn on unless the shower is also turned on. It may be fixed now or not, but overall, it's q good place. The cake we bought was also very delicious!
