Danno's Takeaway Tahmoor

Wow! I've never experienced such terrible service!!I ordered a chicken schnitzel burger with mayo, cheese and lettuce. Pretty basic I thought. Apparently not.. they decided to put their homemade mayo on it which had 3 types of mustards in it!!!You would think that if someone asked for mayo you would just give them normal mayo (which they do stock). Not sure why you would take it upon yourself to give them mustard. Anyway, so I brought this to their attention and simply asked for it to be remade. What followed was them telling me they can't do anything with the mistake burger and I would have to pay for a whole new burger.. ummmmm I don't think so. I ended up throwing it out as I don't like mustard (WHICH IS WHY I ASKED FOR MAYO), no lunch, no refund. First and last time I will WASTE my time or money there. I'm sure the locals love them but I would steer clear, they'll make mistakes and you'll pay for them. What a joke of a business.

A great takeaway in the back street of Tahmoor shopping centre, great food and very clean store, the staff there are amazing.

Highly recommended, wouldn't go anywhere else. Very friendly, great food and good old fashioned service! Rhonda makes you feel like part of the family. Very clean, a hidden gem.

Good Fresh food and good service ,is a modern take away or eat in .They also have meal deals and breakfast meal.Just 5 mins walk from Tahmoor Station. And a park on the other corner.
