I have passed by this stall many times, but I am usually not there during its early business hours. I finally decided to visit one morning. Most of the menu items are already vegan, but you can add an egg for an extra charge of NT$5. I am not a fan of sweetened soy milk, and they do not offer an unsweetened option. I ordered the Thai basil flaky pancake and fried noodles to-go since there was only one table occupied by the owner and her friend. The owner kindly placed my fried noodles in a glass container that I brought with me. She also added some spicy chili oil to my pancake after I noticed it on the counter. I enjoyed the pancake while walking, it was delicious! I would definitely consider coming back to this spot if I am in a rush and do not have time to make my own breakfast in the morning.
