Pizza Persé Chuán Tǒng Shì Yì Dà Lì Pī Sà Zhuān Mài Diàn

Real gem of a pizza parlour, they serve the most authentic Italian pizza I have tried in Taiwan. Pasta options are limited, but can't go wrong with their choices. Topping it all off, the tiramisu dessert was just the cherry on top. Ambience is great, service is excellent, price is fair for what we ordered, not much to fault! Definately be back!

I was visiting from Los Angeles and found this hidden little gem. The food was fabulous and the owner Pablo came out and talked with us for awhile. The atmosphere was very inviting and everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend stopping by and having some authentic Italian pizza, good wine and wonderful Customer Service. I will definitely come by and eat the next time I visit Taipei.

I usually don’t go to western restaurants in Taiwan but we wanted to try out this one. The handmade pizzas are very authentic; for this price I’m not sure how you could get better than this. Another review mentioned how it was “slow”, that the pizza was “too thin and not chewy enough”; but obviously this person does not know much about pizza. This is how it should be. Even the house wine was decent. The only down point: I would play more authentic Italian music.
