This is hands down the worst Little Caesars I have ever experienced! The staff is incredibly rude, and no one ever answers the phone. I really believe this location should reconsider its employees, as their attitude is unprofessional and lazy. It's time for some new faces! The customer service here is terrible. If you're looking for a better experience, I recommend going to the Mount Rainier location. They always answer the phone and are happy to help you!
The so-called manager, Karen Vanessa, lives up to her name. She was rude, acting as if she didn't understand English, and even gave me the finger when I requested compensation for a mistake in my order.
The worst! You left all the meat from our pizzas! tried to call her back, but no one answered the phone. The pizzas were cold when they arrived. Just don't order from here. They don't care.
Repeatedly problematic any time we order delivery, we only get a partial order. The door dash driver blames the restaurant. The restaurant blames the door dash driver. Yesterday it resulted in a less than half delivered order for a birthday party. Little Ceasars (corporate, since the franchise just shrugged and had me call the corporate number) refunded the missing items but I'm still stuck with delivery and tip on an order I didn't really get delivered with no help from either to get the refund.
