Just wow! this place serves the best grilled steak I had for a long time. I am a great fan of her gaucho style grill and her dugmaster is an expert at the management of the fire. I cooked everything perfectly to order. I am very critical when it comes to steaks and this place leaves nothing to be desired. service was good as it seems to be everywhere in talara. the place is clean and very welcoming. I can't wait to go back.

The place is clean and very inviting. I can't wait to go back again.
We visited Carnes y Carnadas few times because, in theory, it was a safe place to eat meat. In a group of 12, 4 of us had food poisoning.To be fair, I have to say that is common for foreigners to get food poisoning. However, the place with highest rate of food poisoning is Carnes y Carnadas.Concluding, it is safer eat chicken or fish in any other place or, if you really want to take the risk, I would recommend to eat meat in Hotel Casa Andina and Hotel Angolo.
