Very good attention, as for preparation I cannot say the same. Rather the gyosas were empanadas of cheese with another appearance and of taste not very pleasant, the weak point was the rice, or was not fresh or the preparation was poor, since it lacked the characteristic flavor of the sushi. As for the filling, maybe the cream cheese was not of the best quality and this subtracted flavor to the bite (a bitter leave). I hope you can take note of this suggestion. slds.
