Goan Delicacy - Taleigao

Found this resturant by accident. Good choice of food added to great position overlooking the bay or even on the beach. Also serves alcohol!!

During my stay in Goa from the 12th to the 16th, I had the pleasure of trying some of the freshest and most delicious seafood I have ever tasted. The location and ambiance of the restaurant were fantastic, as you could sit right next to the sea while enjoying your meal. This is definitely a must-visit place in Goa for seafood lovers.

We chose to eat in The Goan Delicacy as the location right on the beach was attractive and romantic. they offered us a candle lit table on the beach. The egg biryani was good but the rest of our meal was distinctly average. Nice views...over the water

It's great to see this restaurant reopen and serving delicious food. We have dined here twice in the past two weeks and plan on returning. The Prawn Vindaloo was fantastic and the chicken tikka from the tandoor was delightful. The restaurant is located on the waterfront, offering a beautiful view of Hawaii Beach.

Tucked away from the busy tourist area in the village lanes near Dona Paula beach, we stumbled upon this hidden gem of a Goan restaurant. Despite its unassuming exterior, the food here is fantastic. During our 10-day stay in Dona Paula, we frequented this spot and sampled everything from fish and chicken to dal fry. The prices were reasonable, and although the decor may be a bit bright and the lighting harsh, the view of the sea and surrounding landscape is worth it. Overall, a visit to this restaurant is highly recommended for both the delicious food and the stunning view.
